Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit and interact with our website.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, store, and protect personal information when users access and use the Kickstart mobile application and related services (collectively referred to as the “App”). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

When you use the Kickstart App, we may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide during account creation or normal usage of the App. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, login credentials, and role designation within the system, such as admin, technician, or worker. In addition to personal information, we may also collect usage-related data, including device details, application activity, interaction logs, and timestamps. This data helps us understand how the App is used and allows us to improve performance, functionality, and security.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to operate and maintain the App effectively. This includes managing user accounts, assigning role-based permissions, enabling access to specific features, and ensuring smooth communication within the platform. We also use this information to improve user experience, enhance system performance, detect and prevent unauthorized access, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Role-Based Access and Permissions

The Kickstart App uses a structured role-based access system to ensure data security and operational control. An Admin account has full authority over account management and system-level settings. Technicians and workers have restricted access limited to their assigned tasks and responsibilities. These roles do not include administrative privileges and cannot modify core account settings or perform account deletion actions.

Account Deletion Policy

Account deletion within the Kickstart App is strictly controlled for security and data integrity purposes. Only the Admin has the authority to delete an account. To perform account deletion, the Admin must log into the App, navigate to the Settings section, scroll down, and select the Delete Account option. Technicians and workers do not have access to this feature and are not permitted to delete any account under any circumstances. Once an account is deleted by the Admin, the associated data may be permanently removed from our systems or retained only as required by applicable laws or legal obligations.

Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to safeguard user information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal data, no method of electronic storage or data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be assured.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information to third parties. User data may be shared only when required to comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, protect the safety and security of users or systems, or when working with trusted service providers who assist in operating the App under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

User Rights

Subject to applicable laws and regulations, users may have the right to access their personal information, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request deletion of their data. All requests related to account deletion must be handled by the Admin, as individual technicians or workers do not have the authority to delete accounts independently.

Children’s Privacy

The Kickstart App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal data from a child has been collected without parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or published on our website. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
